Larry Jarrett Broker - Owner Larry Jarrett has over 25 years of real estate sales and marketing experience in Georgia - working in Athens, Winder, and Toccoa before moving to Lake Burton in 1996. He founded Anchor Realty in 2001 and moved into a new office located near Anchorage Marina at Lake Burton in 2005. Larry is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rabun County Board of Realtors, serving on the Multiple Listing and Community Service Committees. Lucie Griggs Associate Broker First licensed in 1973, Lucie Griggs earned her broker's license in 1997 and also holds a North Carolina broker's license. In addition to her real estate activities, since 1994 she has consulted on quality growth and environmental issues for various non-profit organizations and government agencies including the Georgia Environmental Protection Division, U.S. Green Building Council, Georgia Forestry Commission, Georgia Quality Growth Council, and American Forests.
